2007 Music City Bowl, Kentucky vs. Florida State, Prediction

Kentucky Wildcats vs. the Florida State Seminoles in the 2007 Music City Bowl. FSU has a cloud of controversy surrounding the team. Kentucky has jumped on to the scene as an SEC powerhouse. Andre Woodson was a Heisman hopeful for most of the season.

Bobby Bowden has lost control of his team. Over 30 players will be suspended or injured for FSU. There was an internet class cheating scandal. About 1/3 of the players will not dress for the game. Jimbo Fisher has been named the head coach in waiting. I have no idea how long Bowden will continue to coach. I personally think he is a bout 3 years into a retirement that he has not noticed.

Kentucky has a few key injuries but it pales in comparison to what FSU is going through. Kentucky should win this game easily. My pick is Kentucky to end this season on a high note. My coach of the year honors Rich Brooks is in a close second to Croom. Kentucky has had one of the best years since the bear was there.

The announcers for the game will be Ron Franklin, and Ed Cunningham.
