We know why ESPN will have a Notre Dame bias for the next 30 years. Thanks Dana Jacobson.
We know why Notre Dame will be the preseason #1 in the ESPN poll.
We now know why Clausen will be in every Sportscenter top 5 list in the preseason.
We now know why Weis has regained his “ Genius “ status.
We now know why we will see Rudy 5 times on ABC primetime during sweeps week.
We know why ESPN will finally stand behind a college football playoff. The playoff will consist of the top 3 teams plus Notre Dame.
And most of all we thank you for giving Lou Holtz, Digger Phelps, and Mike Golic a job until they die. There will be a wing of the headquarters in Bristol and the plaque will read
” This is the Beloved Holtz, Digger, Golic wing. We had no part in Dana Jacobsons bad choice of words”
At least I can point to a moment in history now. For the next 30 years I can point back to Dana’s Vodka induced rant every time I see Notre Dame bias. At least the world makes more sense now.
Disclaimer: I am not trying to incite my readers. That is not what I meant by the headline. I am just pointing out the fact that ESPN will be pandering to Notre Dame 10 times as much now. If you thought it was bad before, just wait 
. Notre Dame has ESPN in their back pocket. This is in no way supporting what she said. I think it is disgusting, and I will not even type it. This post is to be taken lightly, and in no way pouring salt on the wounds of the offended. If I did I apologize.

Are you serious? Outside of Lou Holtz predicting 13-0 for the Irish every year, ND gets little love from the evil Empire.

1st of all, I am over it J Burton, but a lot of people are not.
2nd of all, I am serious Irish Alum. Notre Dame gets all kinds of ESPN Bias.
You can realize it most when they are kind of good. When they are kind of good, they go to the Rose Bowl.
When they are very bad, like last season, they still get their fair share of pub.

For some reason apologies don’t sound so sincere when they’re read from a teleprompter. I have a feeling she’s articulate enough to formulate an apology in her own words. As for the prompter reading, I wasn’t getting the sincerity.
